We purchased an Inner Balance Jin 2.0 Massage Chair a little over a year ago for use in our home. The massage chair is amazing. I use it two or three times a week. Last week the cord to the remote was damaged to the point that the chair could not be used. The company sent me a replacement remote for the chair at no charge.
