Return & Exchange Policies

ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER SUPPLIED BY SYNCA WELLNESS.

Please call 1-877-217-2862 and speak to a return specialist for authorization. Synca Wellness will authorize returns under the following conditions:

  1. You must contact Synca Wellness to return your item within 30 days of receipt to receive a refund.
  2. All items must be returned in new and working condition to receive a refund.
  3. Parts are returned in the original shipping package with original packing materials. The packing slip and unused parts credit form must be included in the box. The original shipping fee is non-refundable, and customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Items may be subject to a restocking fee. Items must be returned in like new condition with all original packaging to avoid a restocking fee. 

Additional Return Information

  • Synca Wellness only works with preferred partners. Under no circumstances can we accept returns from delivery companies not scheduled and approved by Synca Wellness.
  • The customer will be responsible for getting product beyond the threshold/door.
  • Synca Wellness will contact the freight carrier to pick up packaged product at customer location.
  • Once unit is returned back to Synca Wellness, Synca Wellness will refund the original order total minus return shipping charges.
  • It’s recommended that customers retain the original packing material for at least 30 days, in the event the unit needs to be returned. Return pick-ups are made Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Exchange Policy

Our goal is to ensure you’re satisfied with your order but understand that’s not always possible. Don’t love your chair and want to exchange it for another? We would love to keep your business.

  • If you would like to exchange your purchase, please inform us within 30 days of the delivery of your order.
  • If the item you're exchanging costs less than your original purchase, we'll refund you the difference. If it costs more, we'll charge you for the difference in price.
  • Delivery add-ons such as In-Home Delivery & Set Up will be charged again should you still need that service.
  • Exchanges are final. We cannot accept returns after an exchange has taken place.

Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel an order that you recently placed, please let us know as soon as possible. Orders that have already been loaded for delivery or shipped must follow our return policy.

Damaged/Defective Orders

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged and/or defective, please contact us immediately. We are fully committed to promptly resolving any such issues.
