If you're not fully satisfied with your equipment for any reason within the first 30 days, we'll take it back for a full refund or credit (minus return freight & assembly charges).

How to Return Your Product

  • Contact Customer Service: Reach out to us at 1-877-217-2862 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Prepare Your Return: Ensure your product is in its original condition and packaging.
  • Ship Your Product: Send the authorized returned item to our warehouse. Products returned without an RMA will not be accepted.

Refund Process

  • We will credit your purchase price upon receipt of the authorized returned item.
  • Please note that return freight and assembly charges will be deducted from your refund.
