For our hospital, we purchased four Inner Balance Jin 2.0 chairs for multiple wellness rooms dedicated to our employees. We absolutely love these chairs, and they’re used multiple times a day. I absolutely love the Synca REI foot massager and it has become a regular part of my day. I purchased this about 3 years ago and use it daily as does everyone else in my house and our visitors. It goes way beyond a typical massager- using compression, circular pressure and vibration. The lidded portion is great for use on my back. The fact that it all fits together as an ottoman and can be placed inconspicuously is very intelligent design. Wonderful product and excellent service.

We purchased an Inner Balance Jin 2.0 Massage Chair a little over a year ago for use in our home. The massage chair is amazing. I use it two or three times a week. Last week the cord to the remote was damaged to the point that the chair could not be used. The company sent me a replacement remote for the chair at no charge. I would 100% recommend an Inner Balance Jin 2.0 Massage Chair!

We purchased the Inner Balance Jin 2.0 almost 3 years ago. Everything about the chair is great! It has so many different options and settings that are therapeutic and relaxing. The chair works great for my small 5’ 4” frame and my husband at 6’2”. Our puppy chewed up the power cord and remote cord and the company has great to work with on getting those replaced! I can’t wait to relax in the chair again!!
