"This is our 4th Synca. Besides the Karga, we started with the CirC 1. Added the 2 and now 3. The 3 is much bigger when compared to the 2. The chair is comfortable even when not running. The massage is slightly gentler and programmed differently. This is minus the Z cycle. Manual is setup differently. Will do the same thing but differently. All 3 have an enjoyable experience. 1,2 or 3 you buy the CirC for the butt massage. The other modalities are great and numerous but the longer track that reaches your glutes sets them apart. The 3 seems to offer advancements and refinements over the 2 and the 2 is fantastic. Speakers, music, return of ambience lights, cushions, padding, styling, phone holder with usb are just a few upgrades besides the reversible leg support. The menu to operate is simple enough once you play with it. Got to hold the man button in manual to switch the wheel from controlling recliner to controlling massage position. We got lighter colored chair and it’s very clean and modern looking. Buying from Synca was great. Great sale and delivery time was reasonable. It gave me time to rearrange a few rooms before delivery. Made better use of the room by taking the Karga out and bringing this in. The local delivery driver was super nice and brought it into the front door. Unpacking took 5 minutes to be up and running. Nice use of cardboard and no styrofoam. Everything is in the recycling bin."
